Everything old is new again

I love a good renovation, and this one is pretty spectacular. Take one old Queenslander, work some reno magic and this is what you get.

As a departure from the more conventional white walls, the owners have chosen darker paint and wallpaper to create drama and interest. As well, the exterior has been painted charcoal with crisp white trim. It's not a  common choice here in Brisbane, and it really gives this home a point of difference. And how about those red and white striped blinds in the last image - love them!

  2. I love the colours that have been used, especially the exterior and the black and white in the bedroom..but as I have a black and white bedroom myself you might expect that from me! Hope you're having a great break xx
